Dear Prospective Client;

The overall mission of my office is to work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and resolve any legal difficulties.

Reflecting back, I take great pride that the legal representation that I provided in the areas of business transactions, trademarks, patents, copyrights and litigation contributed to the growth of clients who selected myself for legal counsel.

In retaining an attorney on a business transaction or litigation matter, there are three factors that it is suggested that you consider. First, can you interrelate and work well with the attorney? Second, does the attorney have the expertise and enthusiasm to handle your litigation or business transaction? Third, is the attorney at a price point with which you are comfortable?

You are invited to my office to discuss these factors in an initial consultation lasting up to an hour at no fee. My goals are:

(1) To provide legal services in the areas of trademarks, patents, copyrights, business transactions and litigation for small and medium size businesses;

(2) Help client's monetize their investment in research and development in new or improved products; especially, products in the areas of chemical, biotech, life science, medical device and mechanical device inventions;

(3) Protect clients through business and intellectual property litigation and

(4) Guide clients through the maze and mine field of exclusive rights of others so they are not infringers and avoid litigation.

My client base is a microcosm of the Southern California economy and includes businesses in the fields of biotechnology, consumer products, education, electronics, entertainment, foods, green technology, internet, manufacturing, medicine, medical devices, neutraceuticals, non-profits, professionals, publishing, real estate development, software and transportation.
